Tribute to Achik Spin

Achik Spin Laid To Rest SEREMBAN, April 18 (Bernama) -- Achik Spin who died in a road accident along Kajang-Seremban Highway (Lekas) yesterday was buried at Tuan Haji Said Muslim cemetery here on Sunday. His remains were taken back to his mother-in-law's house in Taman Desa Ros, Ampangan and then to Taman Bukti surau for prayers before burial at the cemetery at 1pm. Over 100 people including family members and friends were at the cemetery to show their last respects to Achik. They include singers Hattan, Siti Nordiana (Nana), Tomok and Lan Kristal. Achik was killed when the multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) driven by a friend crashed into a signpost, caught fire and exploded at KM 14.7 Lekas at 6.15pm. Born Abdillah Murad Md Shari, 27, the singer who fronted the group Spin became popular with the song 'Janji Kita'. He leaves wife H.M. Rose Zaitul Suriani Wati Maarof, daughters Sofia, 3, and Safia, ten-month old. Rose Zaitul said Achik called her thirty minutes before the accident asking her to be ready to leave but did not mention the destination. "Later I received a phone call to say that my husband had died in a road accident. I was shocked by the news," she said. His mother Badariah Awaluddin, 54, said she met Achik at one of his brothers's house two weeks ago. "Achik was rather quiet and was not his normal self," she said. Childhood friend Siti Nordiana said she met Achik at Angkasapuri yesterday. "He was unusually talkative. Since his car was parked quite far, he took a ride in my car at 5.30pm. Suddenly I heard that he had died at 6pm," she said. Hattan described Achik's death as a loss to Negeri Sembilan while Tomok and Lan Kristal said the news came as a shock to them. -- BERNAMA   Ya Allah..So so sad upon hearing this news. Achik Spin was involved in an accident that took away his life. So Sudden. SEDIHHHHHNYEEEE!! Still remember..we were so into Spin and Siti Nurdiana songs back in school days. Everytime a new song came out..we taped it and wrote the lyrics to it. Bring to school the next day and shared with friends. Haiz. Wedding Woes

Hiya. I've got a LOTTT to tell you. haha. Just fyi..they'll be no pics cause my Macbook LCD is broken. *sob sob* So now using my old lappy..slow but still working. Lucky. ......... Went to JKT wit Mum,Mummy Shima & Mummy Ana on 2nd April to 4th April. Didn't really enjoy myself. Weather was hot. Hotel was not so nice. Shopping also not that cheap. I didn't even buy anything for myself. I was so looking forward to buy DVDs but everywhere we went to..TAKDE jual seh. Haiyaaaa. Dissapointed. The only thing that i enjoy over the weekend hols was the family BONDING. Me and my mum kind of bond over that period of time. We talked bout everything. yeah EVERYTHING. I love how we're able to understand and relate to each other so much much better now. I LOVE MUMMY. (corny? watever.) andd also..Mummy Ana met and spent quality time with her son and ex-husb who's staying at JKT. I love how we've never seen her family for few long years..but when we meet it's just that we only met them yesterday. The blood is so thick in between you noe. ...... Hmm..what else??? oOoOH ya..my wedding preparation has been tumultuos and stresssssssful. this whole week was stressing about Kompang & Venue. Stress aku la dengan tunang ku niii. Suruh cari kompang AJE pun susah. It's the only thing that we ask him to do. The rest is handled by my mother. Haiya...after asking all my fren..his fren..colleagues..FB friends..Mum's friend..Aunty's friend..Kakak's friend..and the list goes on.. Finally this afternoon, Kak Emma (our wedding planner) smsed Mum "Kompang confirmed. Will update you details soon". *sigh of relief* Lifesaver. Alhamdulillah. As for the venue... I went to Eunos CC (our priority for the wedding) on 10/4/10 to book la kan. Was told we can only book earliest 6 month in advance. So it was exactly 6 month. We reach there around 840am..(open at 9am) skali i saw got 1 malay couple there also. *dalam hati* ni CONFIRM nak book hall for wedding. While we're walking towards the office the couple pun enter the office..den i oso hurry2 get there and saw that they submitted the application form. took a peek at the form and saw their address is nearer to the CC than mine. So dissapointing. Called Mum straightaway and told her. Sampai meleleh airmata aku sak. Haiz. So what to do..look for other CC la. After days and days of searching,going and calling..Katong CC answered our prayer. Alhamdulillah. Mum was so kanchiong..wanted to go there straightaway and pay..hahaha So tomorrow me,fiance & Mum will be going there to pay the $500 deposit..and the hall is ours for the day. Yay yay. Can strike another 2 item off the list. After this kursus rumahtangga and studio. "Ya Allah..tolongla lancarkan perjalanan aku dan Khairil untuk berumahtangga. Amin" Insyaallah ....... Another good news..our HLE (Hdb housing loan) is approved. We can loan up to $155k max. Our house is around $170+k. So just nice la. We still have the $25k grant. Actually at 1st kind of regret didn't apply for 4 room but even the HDB lady said for our income 3 room just nice la. Start from small. Insyaallah few years down the road when our income increase and we can apply for bigger house. But for now i just knew we can't afford. So 3 room pun jadi la. As long as we're happy living in our own house. =) Alhamdulillah. ....... Hmm..and also..where to go for honeymoon? Mum said the Honeymoon is a wedding gift for me n fiance from the family. Just tell her where. So if can I don't want la yang mahal2 sangat..kesian mak aku. At the moment..Koh Samui is no. 1 Phuket/Bangkok no 2. Wanted to go maldives but there is only nice beaches there. For shopping..not so. I wanted nice beach n nice shopping or at least something else to do away form the waters la. Any suggestion?? KaiDya Labels: Here comes the bride |
